Job summary

Reliable Medical is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations, employee relations, talent management, benefits, compliance, and training across a multi-state workforce. You will supervise HR staff, partner with organizational leaders, and ensure consistent execution of HR programs that support business objectives.

The role reports to the VP of Human Resources and requires robust experience in leadership coaching, investigations, and strategic HR initiatives within healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience leading or supervising HR team members.
• Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience.
• Experience supporting a multi-state workforce.
• Demonstrated experience in talent management, performance management, and leadership coaching.
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, development, and performance management for HR team members.
• Oversee workload distribution, prioritization, and execution of departmental responsibilities.
• Foster the professional development and growth of HR staff.
• Partner with VP of HR to set departmental goals and strategic priorities.
• Serve as the primary HR leadership resource in the absence of the VP of HR.
• Lead investigations and advise leaders on employee relations matters and policy interpretation.
• Oversee talent management initiatives, including succession planning and workforce planning.
• Manage benefits administration, open enrollment, and relationships with brokers and carriers.
• Oversee LMS administration, reporting, and compliance tracking.
• Support acquisitions, integrations, and organizational change initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to align workforce strategies with business objectives.
