Job summary

Fraser Health Authority seeks an Executive Director & Executive Clinical Lead to drive strategic planning, clinical leadership and integrated care across Royal Columbian Hospital and community health services. You will oversee redevelopment programs, budget alignment and cross‑system collaboration with physicians and leaders to improve patient outcomes.

The role reports to the VP Regional Hospitals and Communities and builds partnerships to deliver seamless care across hospital and community

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, health care administration or related field.
• Ten to fifteen years' recent, related progressively senior management experience in a large health care organization.
• Experience leading large projects and service delivery initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provides executive clinical oversight and leadership for planning, coordination and delivery of major redevelopment projects.
• Leads budget planning, resource allocation and performance measurement across hospital and community settings.
• Partners with physicians, staff and leaders to ensure integrated health services and high-quality patient care.
• Represents Fraser Health to the community and stakeholders, maintaining effective relationships with municipal leaders.
