Fraser Health Authority is seeking a Clinical Coordinator in nursing leadership to provide clinical and educational coordination for the interdisciplinary team. You will lead education activities, supervise staff, and ensure patient-centered care aligned with BCCNM standards.

Qualifications
- Current practicing registration as an RN with BCCNM.
- 3 years' recent clinical experience in a designated clinical area.
- 1 year of education/leadership experience with recognized training.
- Intravenous Therapy course or equivalent.
- Interventional Radiology: high acuity nursing certificate.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the interdisciplinary health care team and staff day-to-day.
- Develop and implement clinical decision-making tools with Fraser Health.
- Role model practice; facilitate learning for patients, families and staff.
- Plan, implement and evaluate educational programs and materials; identify learning outcomes.
- Monitor staff scheduling, overtime, vacations and leave; ensure service levels.
- Collaborate with team to set learning objectives and evaluate learning opportunities.
- Contribute to budget/resource planning and reporting; participate in interview panels.
