Job summary

Bunge Vancouver is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support leaders and teams, coordinating schedules, travel, and essential office operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative or office support experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; administrative certificate preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and ability to manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for calls and visitors.
  • Manage and coordinate calendars for managers and team members.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and coordinate logistics.
  • Arrange business travel and related logistics.
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents and reports.
  • Maintain filing systems and records per retention requirements.
  • Order and manage office supplies.
  • Handle accounts payable tasks including invoices and voucher prep.
  • Support general office administration and equipment maintenance.
