Job summary

Cypress Mountain is seeking an organized Events Coordinator to plan and execute on-mountain and community events, from live entertainment to partner activations. You will also support the Group Sales team during off-peak times and help grow guest experiences with innovative ideas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event coordination.
• Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting.
• Experience working with vendors, performers, and external partners.
• Comfortable responding to client inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Lead ideation, planning, and execution of on-mountain and community events.
• Coordinate logistics, entertainment, and vendor activations for seamless delivery.
• Source, book, and manage relationships with performers and vendors.
• Coordinate photo/video content for marketing use and assist with online ticket sales.
• Support Group Sales with inbound inquiries and proposal preparation.
