Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage service.
• Experience in event coordination is an asset but not required.
• Valid Smart Serve certification.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
• Strong sales skills with enthusiasm for recommending products.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Establishing professional relationships with guests to create a comfortable environment
• Providing guest service, including greeting guests, explaining menu items, and processing payments
• Demonstrating knowledge of food and beverages offered
• Performing opening and closing duties as required
• Setting up and tearing down events as required
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Assisting team members when necessary
