Job summary

Langdon Hall in Ontario is hiring for a full-time, contract Event Server. You will prepare service stations, deliver warm guest service, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service.

Smart Serve certification is preferred and training is provided. The position runs September through December 2026, with days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Compensation includes $17.60 per hour plus gratuities, complimentary meals on shift, uniforms, and free parking.

About the Role

We are currently hiring for a full-time, contract Event Server position. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing service stations and executing food and beverage service (plated, buffet, canapés) while maintaining smooth course transitions.
• Delivering warm, professional, and attentive guest service, anticipating needs and resolving concerns promptly.
• Collaborating with team members and leadership to ensure coordinated service, accurately communicating guest requests and dietary needs.
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards across service areas, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines.
