At Goldfish, we believe in more than just teaching swim skills — we create smiles, memories, and confidence that last a lifetime. If you’re an organizational wizard who knows how to throw a party, build community relationships, and keep a thousand rubber ducks in a row — we want to meet you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute exciting in-house and community events that embody the Goldfish spirit
  • Work directly with management to design fun, impactful activities for students, families, and the local community
  • Manage event logistics including set-up, staffing, supplies, and communications
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote events through social media, newsletters, and partnerships
  • Represent Goldfish Swim School at community fairs, local markets, and school events with professionalism and energy
  • Track event performance and gather feedback to help us make each event better than the last!
What We’re Looking For:

  • A high-energy, outgoing personality who thrives in a fast-paced, family-focused environment
  • Organizational mastery — you can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat
  • A true team player who loves working with kids and families
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and social media savvy
  • Previous experience or currently studying in event planning, coordination, or related roles (bonus points if you’ve worked in education, recreation, or hospitality)
  • Availability to work 30-40 flexible hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to travel between Oakville and Burlington locations
Contract Details:

  • Term: 6 months
  • Hours: 30–40 hours per week
  • Rate: $22/hour
  • Locations: Goldfish Swim School Oakville & Burlington
Why You’ll Love Working with Us:

  • We’re a team that celebrates wins, supports each other, and has fun doing meaningful work
  • Your creativity will be valued and encouraged
  • You’ll help shape positive, lasting experiences for families in our community
  • Did we mention? Our schools are warm, colorful, and yes — there’s always a little bit of pool party spirit in the air!
