Your opportunity:

As an Administrative and Events Coordinator, you will support event planning and execution, and assist with daily operations including education support, research administration, and financial transactions. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and organizational skills are essential.
Your responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first contact for inquiries
- Coordinating event logistics and communications
- Managing financial transactions and HRIS entries
- Editing content for various publications and applications
Essential Qualifications:
- Advanced College Diploma or equivalent experience
- At least three years in event coordination within a university or similar setting
- Customer service experience
- Financial and payroll processing skills
- Proficiency with MS365, FIS, HRIS, and virtual conferencing tools
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Effective interpersonal skills with faculty, staff, and external contacts
Assets (Nonessential):
- Knowledge of the Temerty Faculty of Medicine and its community
