Responsibilities

As a Resident Services/Events Coordinator, you will provide exceptional service to residents and guests, showcasing your knowledge of local entertainment and dining options. Reporting to the Property Manager, your key responsibilities include:

  1. Resolving customer complaints and acting as a liaison with management when necessary.
  2. Responding to residents’ requests within 24 hours via phone, email, or mail.
  3. Following up within 24 hours to ensure satisfaction.
  4. Preparing weekly reports on resident contacts and satisfaction initiatives.
  5. Greeting visitors and providing a personalized, caring experience.
  6. Engaging with residents to foster positive relationships and meet their expectations.
  7. Handling complaints professionally and ensuring positive resolutions.
  8. Communicating community updates through digital platforms and postings.
  9. Planning and promoting resident events and activities.
  10. Identifying opportunities to enhance resident experience.
  11. Managing application approvals and tracking documentation.
  12. Supporting the community culture and encouraging positive reviews.
  13. Assisting with tours and providing community information to prospects.
  14. Following up with prospects through calls and emails.
  15. Supporting maintenance scheduling and coordinating services.
  16. Supervising contractual obligations for services like janitorial and security.
  17. Performing other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college credits preferred.
  • At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with software such as Outlook, Office 365, Excel, and Word.
  • Availability to work weekends, overtime, and to perform physical inspections.
