Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technical Lead to manage the setup, operation, and breakdown of AV systems in hotel/conference environments. You will supervise on-site technicians, ensure top-tier customer service, and coordinate with hotel staff to maintain strong client relationships.

The role requires 2–3+ years in AV and hospitality, plus certification readiness. Expect irregular hours, on-call status, and lifting to 50 lbs in a dynamic hotel setting.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience is required.
• Internal applicants must be Technical 1-Star Certified or obtain certification within 60 days of start date.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members in positions that may operate Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown of intermediate audiovisual equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Provide excellent service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Meet with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment works properly.
• Work with Encore systems and applications as needed.
