The role reports to the Manager of Tenant Services and involves coordinating resident activities and supporting onsite operations.

Qualifications

• Robust customer service experience.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Flexible and accommodating; able to work varied shifts between 6am and 10pm.
• Demonstrated critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the residential building, delivering refined customer service.
• Attend to resident inquiries and coordinate activities.
• Assist onsite operations with maintenance notifications and access for contractors.
• Monitor lobby and exterior areas for cleanliness and safety; report issues.
• Support on-site policies, regulations, and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate resident services and amenities with the operations team.
