Job summary

enCompass is seeking a Coordinator to oversee The LOFT's evening operations, support client care, case management, and staff supervision within a multidisciplinary team. You will collaborate with AHS and community partners to promote client safety, monitor reporting and documentation, implement program policies, and help manage staff schedules and budgets.

Role begins September 15, 2026, with a salary range CAD 58,366–CAD 67,917 annually.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a related human services field is required.
• 1–3 years’ experience with program oversight and supervising front line employees.
• 1–3 years’ experience working with high risk individuals or high-need populations.
• Proven ability to provide leadership and establish a positive team culture.
• Proven ability to manage crisis situations and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day evening operations of The LOFT and ensure safe client services.
• Support implementation of program policies and compliance with funder requirements.
• Monitor documentation, databases, and reporting requirements for accuracy.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and respond to operational matters.
