Job summary

Bandstra Transportation is currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our Prince George, BC operations. The role focuses on data entry, customer contact, and supporting daily logistics tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You'll handle order entry, respond to inquiries by phone and email, prepare reports, and assist warehouse and drivers with paperwork, collaborating with the local team and other branches to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of data entry and office experience.
• Knowledge of TDG paperwork requirements an asset, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient reading, writing and speaking English.
• Strong computer and presentation skills.
• Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process order entries and data entry tasks to support daily operations.
• Respond to customers by phone and email in a courteous, timely manner.
• Complete reports and assist warehouse/drivers with paperwork as needed.
• Collaborate with the office team locally and in other branches to improve efficiency.
