Qualifications

• Customer service skills for in-person and phone contacts.
• Foundation in parts and warehousing knowledge; experience in parts industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs with accurate solutions.
• Prepare quotes and process orders for customers.
• Manage unloading, receiving and storage of parts and materials.
• Document shipping, receiving and stock information thoroughly.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and place stock orders as needed.
• Locate and ship parts to customers and branches.
