Action Force Transport in Brampton, ON is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative to support daily operations with data entry, administrative tasks, and responding to customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

You will enter orders, track shipments, manage documents like BOLs and PODs, and coordinate with Dispatch, Warehouse, Sales, and Accounting to resolve issues and keep customers informed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Business, Administration, Logistics, or related field is an asset.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration, or data entry is an asset but not required.
• Experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics industry is an asset.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems, particularly TruckMate, is an asset but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Enter customer orders and shipment details into company systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries by email and phone with accurate information.
• Assist customers with shipment tracking, delivery updates, and general transportation-related inquiries.
• Review, upload, and maintain transportation documents (BOLs, PODs, and other paperwork).
• Maintain accurate and organized customer records and shipment information.
• Monitor inboxes, follow up on outstanding requests, and ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Warehouse, Sales, and Accounting to assist daily operations.
• Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate department.
• Complete general administrative duties, reporting, and ad hoc tasks.
• Support the team with additional customer service and operational responsibilities.
