Hume Hotel & Spa is seeking an experienced Evening Operations Manager to lead nightly operations across all hotel departments. This hands-on role acts as the Manager on Duty, ensuring smooth service flow, staff support, and exceptional guest experiences during evenings.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty overseeing operations across all departments during evening hours
• Provide hands-on leadership and support across all hotel outlets
• Assist with guest requests, coordinate Hume-To-Go orders, maintain management presence
• Monitor business levels and adjust staffing to meet service standards
• Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively resolving issues and maintaining service excellence
• Coordinate and execute events across hotel venues and update POS as required
• Oversee inventory and ensure staff certifications (including SIR) are current
• Ensure liquor service adheres to regulations and company policies
