Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations during evening closing shifts.
• Greet and check in members and guests.
• Handle phone, email, and in-person inquiries with exceptional service.
• Direct guests to appropriate staff efficiently and professionally.
• Assist sales with tours and membership support.
• Manage daily cash reconciliation and end-of-day closeout.
• Support guest onboarding and outreach via calls/emails.
