Job summary

Flynn Canada Ltd in Ottawa, ON is seeking an Estimator for Waterproofing. The role focuses on take-offs, bid preparation, and coordinating with project teams to ensure accurate cost estimates and successful bids.

You will read specifications, manage deadlines, and contribute to winning proposals while aligning with Flynn's collaborative culture and growth opportunities, including in-house development and wellness facilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in Construction Estimation.
• Ability to read specs and drawings.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines.
• Post-secondary education in Construction program.
• Knowledge of Building Envelope concepts.
• Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities
