Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, prototyping and testing of new curtain wall and facade systems and components.
• Conduct hands-on testing to evaluate performance of façade systems.
• Collaborate with designers/drafting/engineering to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and optimize designs for manufacturing and installation efficiency.
• Provide hands-on technical support with current and previous Flynn jobs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring new products and materials meet industry standards and client specifications.

A Day in the Life:

• Assist in the design, prototyping and testing of new curtain wall and facade systems and components.
• Conduct hands-on testing to evaluate the performance of façade systems.
• Collaborate with designers/drafting/engineering to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and optimize designs for manufacturing and installation efficiency.
• Provide hands on technical support as required with both current and previous Flynn jobs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that new products and materials meet industry standards and client specifications.
