Job summary

Flynn Group of Companies in Toronto, ON is seeking an experienced R&D Glazier and Fabricator to assist in designing, prototyping and testing curtain wall and façade components.

You will collaborate with designers, drafting and engineering to troubleshoot and optimize designs for manufacturing and installation, and contribute to continuous improvement on international large-scale projects. Competitive compensation and opportunities are offered.

• Previous experience with curtain wall or façade systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Proficiency in mechanical tools and equipment.
• Problem solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Ability to travel within Canada and the US for up to a week at a time.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that new products and materials meet industry standards and client specifications.

A Day in the Life:
