Job summary

WildBrain Ltd. in Toronto, ON, is hiring an ERP Product Owner to lead the Dynamics GP to Dynamics 365 Business Central migration within Finance Transformation.

You will translate business requirements into ERP decisions, guide design choices, and drive discovery through go-live and hypercare, ensuring scalable, auditable, and control-rich outcomes. Working closely with Finance leadership and the implementation partner, you will own the ERP roadmap, govern data and processes, and ensure alignment

Qualifications

• Extensive ERP implementation and transformation experience across large enterprises.
• Hands-on GP and Dynamics 365 Business Central proficiency.
• Experience as Product Owner or ERP lead on complex transformations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into ERP design and outcomes.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency finance environments.
• Strong collaboration with Finance leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience across discovery, design, build, testing, and go-live.
• ERP data migration, testing, and change management experience.
• MEM experience is strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of BC and GP financial architecture and governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the ERP Product Owner for Business Central implementation, aligning with Finance and stakeholders.
• Translate transformation objectives into ERP vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership on processes, controls, and user experience.
• Make design decisions, manage trade-offs, and set implementation priorities.
• Maintain ERP roadmap post-go-live and drive continuous improvement.
• Liaise between Finance, technology, stakeholders, and partners.
• Oversee governance, standard BC functionality, and minimize customizations.
• Lead data migration validation, testing, and cutover readiness.
