Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, technology or related field.
• D365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate (MB-820) certification.
• CPA designation or equivalent.
• 8+ years experience with Dynamics NAV and/or D365 Business Central ERP systems.
• 5+ years in IT/Consulting with operational focus.
• 5+ years managing software projects/programs.
• 5+ years mentoring teams (≥5 members).
• 5+ years in pre-sales activities (estimations/proposals).
• 3+ years engaging with senior client personnel (Controllers/Directors).
• 3+ years creating/implementing operational procedures and continuous improvement.
• Agile/Scrum project management knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Identify and qualify new Business Central opportunities leveraging product and client processes.
• Lead discovery sessions and translate requirements into Business Central use cases and roadmaps.
• Shape solution architecture, scope, and estimates with sales and delivery teams.
• Contribute to proposals and presentations, articulating Business Central value and related ISV solutions.
• Grow accounts through trusted-advisor relationships across ERP, Power Platform, and services.
• Mentor and coach team; forecast utilization and ensure capability to deliver offerings.
• Manage multiple engagements to budget, timeline, and scope; provide financial recommendations.
• Lead internal/external planning meetings and drive deliverables to closure.
• Escalate issues and manage customer satisfaction and vendor relationships.
