Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support Saskatchewan operations. You will adjust ERP inventory orders, price files and returns, and coordinate with Parts Managers to maintain optimal stocking levels.

The role requires a minimum 2-year Accounting Degree, strong analytical skills, and proficient Excel/Outlook abilities. You will manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accurate inventory reporting and vendor compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year Accounting Degree or related field with accounting background.
• Superior organization, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong Excel, MS Outlook and Windows experience.
• Able to balance inventory costs with customer service levels.

Responsibilities

• Adjust ERP inventory orders, price files and returns.
• Set up new locations and parts in ERP.
• Perform cycle counts accurately at all locations.
• Review part change requests from Parts Managers.
• Create user logins in manufacturer systems.
• Stock uploads to vendor sites.
• Assist with vendor annual returns.
• Research inventory discrepancies.
