We are looking for a full-time Paid E-Retail Search Campaign Manager to join P&G Canada in Toronto. The role is an integral part of both the Category In-House Media Team and the Category Brand Team.
As a Paid E-Retail Search Campaign Manager, you will be part of an in-house media team working across the total Beauty category to create, buy, and optimize innovative plans. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure flawless plan delivery aligned with P&G standards and brand objectives. You will report to a Category Senior Media Manager and be part of the Category Brand Team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive media-led growth across a portfolio of categories.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Search activities across the category brand portfolio, including end-to-end strategy development, platform setup, and optimization.
• Monitor campaign pacing and performance, making ongoing optimization recommendations aligned with brand goals.
• Measure campaign impact and effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
• Present campaign summaries and insights to the team.
• Collaborate with the broader media team to enhance capabilities and recommend strategic shifts within platforms.
• Work effectively with internal teams and key media and creative agency partners for integrated media and communication planning.
