Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. in Port Moody, BC is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will be the friendly face of our service team, assisting customers inside and outside our center, using U-Scan technology to manage rentals and equipment, and helping ensure a smooth experience from checkout to return.

The role includes inspecting and maintaining equipment, answering questions, preparing invoices, and participating in ongoing U-Haul education.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
