U-Haul is seeking a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative in Kamloops. You will be the face of our service, assist customers with U-Haul products and services, inspect and maintain equipment, and use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.

This role offers on-the-job education, bonuses, and benefits. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required; nicotine policy applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn on-the-job and adapt to new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect equipment on the lot.
