Job summary

ALMACO Group seeks a detail-oriented Production Planner to join the EPC Division in Canada. You will develop and maintain production schedules, coordinating with Site Teams, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure alignment with customer timelines and schedules.

You will produce weekly reports and dashboards, manage risks, and ensure schedule integrity across master plans. Fluency in English and French is required; on-site availability for active projects is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in project planning.
• Understanding of system dependencies in delivery projects.
• Familiarity with marine and offshore shipbuilding methods.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Primavera P6.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain resourced project production schedules using Primavera P6.
• Coordinate with Site Teams, Engineering, and Procurement to align activities.
• Align ALMACO schedules with customer master schedules.
• Provide weekly performance reports: lookahead plans, material coordination, dashboards.
• Conduct risk analysis, mitigation, and reporting.
• Communicate schedule alignment with customer planning contacts.
