Job summary

Alstom in Saint-Bruno, Quebec, seeks a Project Planner to manage schedules, analyze risks, and support timely deliveries. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, and partners to ensure alignment and high-quality scheduling data.

Based at our St-Bruno site in a hybrid setup (three days on site, two remote per week), you will contribute to KPI tracking, earned value, and contract-related deadline challenges within a multi-site organization. Fluency in French and English is expected.

Qualifications

• Higher education in engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in project planning, preferably in industrial environments.
• Proficiency with planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop, structure, and maintain project schedules aligned with standards.
• Regularly update schedules using progress data from teams.
• Collect and validate progress data (physical and calendar).
• Analyze schedule deviations and related risks, proposing actions.
• Prepare planning reports and performance indicators per requirements.
• Participate in schedule reviews and steering committees.
• Monitor deviations and alert core project teams proactively.
