This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse and growing team within WSP supporting key clients in the remediation of contaminated sites in Ontario. You will assist project managers in designing and overseeing fieldwork related to monitoring, investigating, and remediating sites impacted by hydrocarbons, as well as preparing technical reports. Role Responsibilities

• Create a safe and positive environment for colleagues.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety.
• Support project managers in preparing health and safety plans, proposals, scheduling, data compilation, report writing, and conducting field investigations.
• Train junior staff in environmental practices and health and safety protocols.
• Collaborate within the RPM team and across WSP.
• Mentor technicians and develop personal career goals.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma or university degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in contaminated site assessment, soil, and groundwater sampling.
• 1-3 years in an engineering consulting environment.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to grow within the RPM team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eligible for registration as a Professional or in Training with relevant associations.
