The Opportunity: WSP is currently seeking an Environmental Remediation Project Coordinator to join our national RPM team. This role involves supporting key clients in Ontario with contaminated site management, overseeing field work, and preparing technical reports. A typical day in the life as a WSP Project Coordinator:

  • Create a safe, positive environment for colleagues.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to health and safety.
  • Collaborate with project managers on safety plans, proposals, scheduling, data compilation, report writing, and field work including soil and groundwater investigations.
  • Train junior staff in environmental practices and safety protocols.
  • Work across the national RPM team and inspire team commitment.
  • Mentor technicians and develop personal career goals.

What you’ll bring to WSP:

  • Technical diploma or degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in contaminated site assessment, soil and groundwater sampling.
  • 1-3 years in an engineering consulting environment.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Desire to grow within the RPM team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eligibility for professional registration (EGBC, BCIA, etc.).
