Thomas Cavanagh Construction Limited is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator to provide in-field coaching and support for safety programs across projects in Eastern Ontario. The role reports to the Director of Environmental Health and Safety and emphasizes strong safety culture and teamwork.
The successful candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in safety compliance, CPRSP or Gold Seal certifications, and a degree or diploma in OH&S.

Overview
Provide on-going, in-field coaching to operations personnel to help drive adoption of safe behavior, and adherence with health and safety requirements and expectations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Environmental Health and Safety.

Wage Range:
The salary range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $60,000 and $75,000 per year. However, the range offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
