Job summary

Sylvan Inc is seeking a Junior Scheduler to help develop, maintain, and update project schedules that keep work progressing on time. You’ll collaborate with project teams to gather status updates and prepare schedule reports for stakeholders.

This role targets early-career professionals with 1–2 years in scheduling or project coordination, a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field, and familiarity with MS Project or Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, scheduling, or a related field (internships count!).
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
• Basic familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Collaborate with project teams to gather progress updates and integrate them into the master schedule.
• Identify schedule logic, critical path activities, and potential bottlenecks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for stakeholders.
