Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to support the planning and delivery of complex hospital and healthcare construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong scheduling expertise, strong construction sequencing knowledge, and experience working on large, multi-phase projects in live or highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules
• Support hospital construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Work closely with project managers, site teams, consultants, and trade partners
• Track progress, identify delays, and provide schedule recovery recommendations
• Prepare schedule reports, lookaheads, critical path analysis, and progress updates
• Manage project milestones, phasing, procurement, and commissioning timelines

Ideal Candidate

• 7+ years of construction scheduling experience
• Strong background on hospital, healthcare, institutional, or complex ICI projects
• Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar scheduling software
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, phasing, and critical path management
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
