Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in project scheduling, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and certifications such as PSP, CAPM or PMP.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on project scheduling experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 with advanced logic sequencing and baselining.
• PSP (AACE) or CAPM/PMP certification is a strong asset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather progress and update master schedule.
• Identify critical path activities and potential bottlenecks.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports for stakeholders.
• Lead scheduling meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Perform resource loading, leveling, and cost forecasting within the schedule.
• Mentor junior scheduling staff.
