Job summary

Renewable Careers Limited in Toronto is seeking an entry-level engineer to join our growing clean energy team. You will support engineering across our project pipeline, learning from experienced engineers while taking on real responsibility from the start.

Your work includes energy production estimates, site evaluations, grid-connection applications, and reviewing submittals from contractors. Expect travel to project sites nationwide and a structured path toward professional licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, civil or environmental engineering.
• Interest in renewable energy and clean energy transition.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort with data.
• Eligibility to work in Canada; EIT is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering design and technical reviews across solar, wind and BESS projects.
• Prepare energy production estimates and site evaluations.
• Assist with grid connection applications and coordination with utilities and IESO.
• Review technical submittals from EPCs, consultants and vendors.
• Support construction and commissioning with site travel.
• Analyze performance data and propose improvements.
