Job summary

Renewable Careers Limited in Calgary invites early-career professionals to join a two-year, full-time rotational program across Development, Engineering & Construction, and Finance & Asset Management. You will contribute from week one and rotate through three eight-month assignments to build a broad, market-ready skill set.

Eligible candidates hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, show a passion for clean energy, strong analytical abilities, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Interest in clean energy and decarbonized grid.
• Strong analytical skills with data and spreadsheets.
• Clear communication across business functions.
• Eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Join each team as a full contributor, with deliverables from your first week.
• Support live projects through analysis, modelling and site visits across Canada.
• Present your work to senior leadership at the end of each rotation.
• Learn from experienced developers, engineers and financiers, with a mentor throughout.
• Build cross-functional fluency that accelerates careers in this industry.
