Job summary

British Columbia Lottery Corporation is hiring an Enterprise Lead, Workforce Planning to shape the company’s talent strategy. You will translate strategic priorities into workforce plans, partner with executives, and deliver data-driven insights for long-term organizational performance.

You’ll collaborate across People & Culture, Finance and Strategy, monitor labour trends, and guide compensation, succession planning and capability development to support growth and sustainable staffing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Economics, Analytics or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in workforce planning, strategic HR, workforce analytics or related areas.
Experience supporting organizational change and transformational initiatives.

Responsibilities

Leads enterprise workforce planning strategy, governance framework, and planning processes.
Integrates planning with corporate strategy, business planning and enterprise portfolio management.
Provides data-driven insights to executives to identify risks and opportunities.
Oversees transformational workforce initiatives and guides decision-making with evidence.
Collaborates with People & Culture, Finance, Strategy and other stakeholders.
Monitors trends and labour market developments to keep plans future-focused.
Models leadership behaviours, recognizes others, and mentors staff.
Acts as a delegate for the leader when required.
