Job summary

WorkSafeBC is seeking a Talent Systems Specialist to optimize talent systems that drive recruitment, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. You will serve as the functional expert, provide user guidance, and partner with internal teams to maintain data quality and accurate reporting.

The role blends technical knowledge with HR processes, enabling ongoing improvements, stakeholder collaboration, and adoption of talent technology across BC.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience implementing and supporting talent systems, including analysis and project work.
• Experience with HR systems maintenance, both on premise and cloud-based.
• Familiarity with recruitment systems and talent management processes.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize talent systems for recruitment, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
• Act as functional lead and super user to guide system users and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and dashboards.
