WorkSafeBC is seeking a Strategy Analyst to support enterprise and departmental strategic planning, performance monitoring, assurance and reporting. You will coordinate planning and reporting to deliver timely, meaningful information for decision-making and work with leaders across the organization.
The role involves preparing materials for ELT and Board, developing business performance measures, and supporting policy evaluation and implementation in a hybrid work model.
As a Strategy Analyst within the Office of Strategy Management, you will work under the direction of the Manager, Office of Strategy Management, to support enterprise and departmental strategic business planning, performance monitoring, assurance, and reporting. You will help coordinate planning and reporting activities across the organization to support consistent, timely, and meaningful information for decision-making.
You’ll apply your knowledge of strategic planning, research, and data analysis to assess information, identify risks, issues, and opportunities, and support the development, monitoring, assurance, and reporting of business plans and strategic initiatives. Working closely with managers, senior leaders, and peers, you will prepare planning and reporting materials, maintain visibility into progress and emerging issues, and support timely and consistent reporting against enterprise priorities.
