Qualifications

• Postsecondary diploma or degree in human resources or a related discipline preferred.
• Working towards an HR designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and advises on HR programs and policy for assigned client groups.
• Develops and executes a recruitment plan with appropriate sourcing strategies.
• Participates in district HR planning and leads district-level projects initiatives.
• Provides guidance, coaching, and training on career management.
• Coaches supervisors on employee relations, compensation, and workforce planning.
• Owns calibration of salary/bonus review process for client groups.
• Maintains strong customer-focused relationships with stakeholders within the district.
• Oversees the student program strategy and relationships with academic institutions.
