Job summary

Conductor LLC is seeking an AEO Program Manager to serve as the primary strategic advisor for enterprise customers. This hybrid role blends executive account management with platform enablement to drive adoption, expansion, and measurable ROI.

You will lead executive relationships, deliver data-driven insights, and work cross-functionally with Renewal, Services, Solutions, and Product teams to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8+ years of enterprise account management, customer success, or strategic consulting in B2B SaaS.
• Deep proficiency in digital marketing, with SEO/AEO, content strategy and web/IT infrastructure.
• Executive presence with C-suite and IT stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce and enterprise analytics platforms.
• Adept at account planning, discovery, value-mapping and identifying expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise accounts with strategic business plans aligned to customer objectives and Conductor capabilities.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, marketing leaders, and sponsors; conduct QBRs/EBRs.
• Identify expansion opportunities and platform upgrades with Sales and Pre-Sales.
• Lead onboarding and adoption of Conductor's AEO features across enterprise teams.
• Collaborate with Renewal Specialists, Professional Services, Solutions Consulting and Product teams.
• Create data-driven reports and dashboards linking AEO performance to business ROI.
• Monitor account health, platform usage trends and risks to ensure ongoing value.
