Job summary

Convergint in Vancouver, BC seeks a full-time Account Executive – Enterprise Solutions (Security Systems) to prospect, cultivate relationships and secure sales opportunities. You will join a dynamic sales team focused on growth and delivering world-class service.

Ideal candidates bring advanced sales skills, strategic selling experience, and strong knowledge of IT networking. The role emphasizes customer relationship management across education, healthcare, and commercial sectors.

Qualifications

5+ years in account development or sales in tech/AV/managed services.
At least 3 years in technology-focused sales preferred.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Business or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Sells core business integrated solutions for service and installation projects.
Evaluates and targets potential opportunities within the marketplace.
Develops and implements sales strategies across multiple vertical markets.
Builds relationships with consultants, owners, managers and vendor partners to develop new business.
Negotiates favorable terms to maximize cash flow and ensures project delivery.
