Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies is seeking an Account Executive in Canada to drive sales of integrated security, networking/data cabling, and commercial AV solutions. You will own strategic planning, expand the customer base, and coordinate with Operations, IT, and Engineering to deliver end-to-end security offerings.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of outside sales in technical environments, know-how in access control/CCTV, and strong CRM skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years industry experience
• Technical degree or security-related certifications
• Extensive outside sales experience in a technical environment
• Experience with integrated security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion)

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the annual sales plan for security offerings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and pursue new business.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Engineering and other departments to penetrate integrated security systems.
• Propose and present security and infrastructure solutions to clients.
• Maintain CRM, track opportunities and forecast accurately.
• Monitor competitive landscape to keep offerings leading edge and valuable to clients.
