Job summary

Teema is seeking a Project Manager to lead an enterprise scheduling system implementation across business, operations, technology, vendors, and consulting partners. The role focuses on final stages: solution validation, testing, go-live readiness, deployment, and post-launch stabilization.

You will refine and execute the project roadmap, ensuring alignment among technical teams, stakeholders, change management, training, and platform partners, with reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience delivering complex technology implementations.
• Hands-on experience guiding projects through solution design, testing, UAT, deployment/cutover, and post-implementation support.
• Strong understanding of SDLC principles, project delivery frameworks, and best practices.
• Demonstrated strengths in stakeholder engagement, communication, budgeting, risk mitigation, problem solving, and change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, resource coordination, and executive reporting.
• Oversee testing activities, UAT, cutover planning, hypercare support, and operational transition.
• Maintain momentum, manage dependencies, resolve issues proactively, and drive stakeholder communications.
