Job summary

TEEMA is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead cross-functional software projects in a dynamic, startup environment. Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in software/SaaS.

Job Title: Agile Project Manager

Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead cross-functional software projects in a fast-paced, startup environment. You’ll manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across engineering, design, QA, and product teams.

What you will be doing:

• Manage multiple concurrent projects from planning to delivery

• Coordinate internal and external resources

• Track progress, manage scope changes, and report to leadership

• Mitigate risks and maintain clear documentation

• Drive collaboration and ensure process compliance

What you must have:

• 7+ years of project management experience in software/SaaS

• Strong knowledge of Agile and PMI methodologies (PMP a plus)

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, MS Project

• Hands-on technical background preferred

• Startup experience and knowledge of cloud technologies are assets

Salary/Rate Range: $100,000 – $120,000
