Job summary

MaintainX is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Consultant to partner with enterprise customers for successful software implementations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving product adoption through effective onboarding processes.

Ideal candidates are self-starters with excellent communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities.

Job description

• We’re looking for an Enterprise Implementation Consultant to join our team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll partner with enterprise customers to lead successful implementations, drive adoption, and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience


• You’ll serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation journey, helping customers achieve value quickly while collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure long-term success


• Manage complex, multi-phase enterprise software implementations, balancing cross-functional stakeholders and change management to deliver successful deployments over extended project timelines


• Lead customer interactions and communications throughout the implementation lifecycle, identifying opportunities to maximize product value, drive adoption, and ensure long-term customer success


• Serve as the client manager during implementation to understand their business operations, manage client expectations and ensure end-user satisfaction


• Deliver formal training to client project team members and/or end-users


• Provide knowledge transfer to internal team members throughout the onboarding process


• Provide support by demonstrating knowledge of products, services, and best practices


• Track and communicate client issues and proactively troubleshoot and resolve problems


• Manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and milestones


• Demonstrate industry knowledge and expertise through workflow recommendations and ability to communicate about client’s maintenance, operations, and management needs


• Collaborate with internal colleagues on product, sales, account management, and other initiatives - past experience in one or more of these areas is a plus
