Definity is seeking a Specialist, Learning Programs to lead the design, delivery and evolution of enterprise learning initiatives that drive measurable results. In this highly autonomous role, you’ll own a portfolio of programs, partner directly with business leaders, and create learning solutions that deliver real results.

Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Learning, you'll gain exposure to enterprise priorities and influence how capability is developed at scale.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
• Strong instructional design and adult learning expertise.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable learning programs.
• Experience partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitation and presentation skills for virtual and in-person settings.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into learning programs.
• Design, develop and deliver scalable learning solutions and reinforcement strategies.
• Facilitate engaging virtual, in-person and blended learning experiences.
• Partner with leaders, HR, SMEs and external providers to deliver opportunities.
• Measure program effectiveness and continuously enhance learning experiences.
• Ensure content is engaging, accessible, inclusive and standards-aligned.
• Travel approx. 10% to support delivery.
