Job summary

Clearsulting is seeking a Consulting Manager, Governance, Risk & Compliance (Workiva) in Canada. The role leads end-to-end Workiva GRC implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging executive stakeholders to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.

Hybrid or remote work options are available with occasional in-person collaboration; travel ~20% is expected, and CPA/CIA/CISA/PMP certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on with Workiva GRC in client-facing setups.
• Strong knowledge in internal controls, SOX, audit, ERM, and policy management.
• Experience leading requirements workshops and translating them into designs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workiva GRC implementations.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and multiple workstreams.
• Conduct client discovery to gather requirements and pain points.
• Translate needs into scalable Workiva GRC designs.
• Oversee configuration, data setup, workflows, roles, reporting, testing.
• Act as primary client lead for design decisions and exec communications.
• Ensure quality through docs, UAT, go-live readiness, training, and post-implementation support.
