Job summary

MedMe Health is seeking a delivery-focused project lead to coordinate software deployments for our largest enterprise accounts. You will own planning, timelines, and risk for multi-year initiatives, acting as the technical translator between Product/Engineering and the account team.

You’ll manage day-to-day client delivery cadences, run syncs, triage requests, and ensure on-time go-lives, while reducing escalation and maintaining clear status updates for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery/project management experience coordinating software implementations or configurations with engineering and business stakeholders.
• Able to translate client requests into clear tickets and actionable plans.
• Strong ability to triage requests, manage risk, and communicate status clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery coordination for top enterprise clients, running recurring syncs and triaging requests.
• Lead multi-year enterprise projects with plan, timeline, and risk log from kickoff to go-live.
• Translate client asks into scoped tickets while preserving intent and nuance.
• Reduce escalation by handling routine questions and knowing when to involve PMs or engineers.
• Surface risk early and flag scope creep for internal resolution.
• Partner with Client Success; you own delivery while they own the relationship.
• Maintain up-to-date project status, scope, and timelines.
